Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
Work does not start until intake is complete and you approve a written project scope. You may cancel at any time before this approval without charge.
After Work Begins
Once development begins following written scope approval, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you remain responsible for fees corresponding to work already completed.
Monthly Care Plan Cancellation
The Website Care Plan is billed monthly. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
Custom Projects
Custom Website & Automation Consultation projects are governed by their own written quote and scope, which will include specific payment and cancellation terms for that engagement.
