Services
Web AI provides website design, development, and optional ongoing care plan services for local service businesses, as described on our Services and Care Plan pages.
Payment
Pricing for each service is stated at the time of purchase. The AI Website Launch is a one-time fee; the Website Care Plan is billed monthly until cancelled.
Scope and Changes
Work begins only after a written project scope, timeline, and price are approved. Changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional written quote before we proceed. No changes are made to a live website without your written approval.
Intellectual Property
After all agreed fees are paid, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. You are responsible for your domain and hosting accounts, which remain in your control at all times.
Warranties and Limitations
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, lead volume, traffic, or revenue outcomes from any website project. Services are provided based on the written scope agreed for each project.
Termination
Either party may end a Care Plan subscription before the next billing date. One-time project engagements are governed by the written scope and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
